Maintaining your existing customer base during the rollout of a new web app is essential for a smooth transition and building brand loyalty. This can help you increase the customer's lifetime value and the potential for acquiring new users via positive referrals.

We don’t recommend moving users before the web application's release, as migrated contacts must receive a message prompting a password reset via email. This allows them to sign into the web application and set up their account.
User Management Section Overview
Your account features a user management section labeled Users.
Once you are on this tab, you'll find several sections. If you want to know more about Analytics, click here!
From here, you can see details about recent sign-ups, your customers' email addresses, and the names they used to sign up.
Method for Adding a Single User
Selecting the Users section will reveal the + Add New User button in the middle of the screen or in the upper right corner.
Clicking this option directs you to a detailed contacts menu offering the choice to insert either a single user or multiple users.
For single-user addition, their email address and, optionally, their name must be added. Make sure to set an appropriate offer for them to gain access.
Complete the process by clicking Add & Send Invitation.
Method for Adding Several Users
You may need to migrate a full database of customers to your new BetterMe Creator Platform.
You can do this by accessing the Add Users section again and selecting the Add Multiple Users choice.
Within this menu, a spreadsheet will display the following fields:
- Name (optional)
- Phone number (optional)
You may fill in your contact details manually or import them from another document. The spreadsheet initially displays only 10 rows, but it will expand to accommodate more than 10 contacts as needed.
Select Continue with X contact(s), and a page will appear for you to assign a specific offer they should access.
After selecting an appropriate offer, finalize your action at the screen's bottom.
