The Users section of the BetterMe Creator Platform gives you control over your user base. Here, you can view and manage users and customers, add new users, adjust access to offers, and export user data when needed.
To see your list of users, navigate to the Users tab in the sidebar.
At the top of the page, you’ll find key statistics, including:
- Users: The total number of registered accounts in your app.
- New Users (Last 30 Days): Users who joined in the past month.
- Customers: Users who have made at least one purchase (excluding free offers and purchases via Zapier).
- New Customers (Last 30 Days): The number of new paying customers acquired in the past month.
Below, the All Users section provides detailed information on each user, including:
- User: The name and email used during registration.
- Registration Date: The date the user account was created.
- Customer Since: The date of the user’s first purchase.
- Lifetime Value: The total amount the user has spent.
You can search for specific users, apply filters to sort data in ascending or descending order, review purchase history, and manage user access to specific offers
Exporting User Data
If you need to analyze user data externally, you can export a CSV file with the selected filters. The file will automatically be saved in your device’s Downloads folder. Simply click the Download CSV button to generate the file.
Adding Users
To migrate users from other platforms, click the Add User button.
You can add users in two ways:
- Adding a single user: Use this feature to add a new user by entering account data and providing individual access to offers.
- Adding multiple users: Copy and paste your data into the corresponding columns or manually enter the required information.
